The location of Il Canale was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to leave our bags and freshen up even after checking out. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during our bike trip and the location couldn't have been better. It was right in the centre, close to both the train station and the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The staff was very polite and welcoming, especially Julia. The hotel had a quirky theme on each floor, which added to its charm. we appreciated the tea making facilities in the room and the option for free coffee.
There were only a few things to eat and it was quite expensive. We were hoping for more variety, especially when it came to eggs.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any queries or requests we had. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, it was close to the main attractions and shopping areas.
The only small drawback was that the air conditioning in our room was a bit dated and didn't cool down the room as efficiently as we would have liked. this didn't take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.
